PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve coating film performance such as solvent resistance and a strength between sheets and to eliminate a restriction in a pot life by coating a print pattern of an ink containing a photosetting inhibitor of a surface of a decorative sheet or plywood with a paint of an ultraviolet curable resin main agent, curing the film by applying an ultraviolet ray, forming a recess part and then applying an electron beam to the surface. SOLUTION: After a pattern is printed on a decorative sheet or plywood with an ink containing a photosetting inhibitor and the pattern is coated with a paint containing an ultraviolet curable resin as a main agent, an ultraviolet ray is applied to cure the film to form a protrusion and recess part. Since the formed recess part has an insufficient hardness, to completely cure the film by applying an electron beam, a tungsten filament is energized to be heated in high vacuum to generate thermion, charged with a negative high voltage to be accelerated at an anode side, and taken out into the atmosphere or an inert gas through an emitting window, and emitted to the surface passing through the window to cure the surface. Thus, no difference exists in strengths between the recessed and protrusion parts, and a solvent resistance effect is developed to eliminate a restriction in a pot life.
