PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming the layer of a conductive polymer without an additional annealing step at a high tamp., a water based composition for the same and a film having the conductive polymer layer. SOLUTION: The forming method includes a step for forming the conductive polymer layer on an object by preparing the water based composition containing a polythiophene, a poly anionic compound and a non-protonic compound having a dielectric constant (ε) of >=15, applying the composition on the object to form the layer and drying and during the formation, the object and the layer are kept at a temp. of 100 deg.C and the conductive polymer has 2 kΩ/(square) resistivity at most. |
