PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic syrup compsn. excellent in properties of low odor, low temp. curing short time working, etc., and suitable for coating material and reinforcing material for concrete. SOLUTION: This acrylic syrup compsn. contains 20-90 pts. (meth)acrylate (A) contg. a (meth)acrylate contg. a hetero ring, 10-80 pts. polymer or oligomer (B), and 0-30 pts. crosslinking agent (C) [Total of (A) to (C) is 100 pts.]. This curing method comprises addition of an org. peroxide contg. a hydroperoxide and a multivalent metal salt to it. This reinforcing material for concrete uses the compsn. and this coating material contains the compsn.
