PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a window shutter, in which a shutter case and a guide rail can be removed and exchanged without breaking an exterior-wall material in case of a reform. SOLUTION: The window shutter 2 is installed to a building frame 1 comprising a structure 1a and an exterior-wall material 1b. A shutter case 3 is mounted on a case foundation frame 30 composed of an upper frame 31, left-right vertical frames 32 and a lower frame 33 and fixing onto the structure 1a, and a guide rail 4 is set up to a rail foundation base 40 fastened onto the structure 1a at that time. The window shutter 2 and the exterior-wall material 1b are joined at the places of the upper frame 31 and the left-right vertical frames 32 constituting the case foundation frame 30 and each depth surface 31a, 31a, 41a of the rail foundation base.
