PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film relatively thin, preferably <=10μm out of a powder paint on the surface of a material to be worked. SOLUTION: A thin film 3 is formed by spraying the powder paint on the surface of the material 1 to be worked and sticking the powder paint, which is melted by heat generated by the collision of the powder paint, on the surface of the material to be worked. The formed thin film 3 is fixed to the material 1 to be worked by being heated and melted and is used as a primer or an adhesive at the time of forming a vapor deposited film.
