PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a radio zone covered by a radio base station in real time and also visually by generating and displaying an area map in the radio zone based on the size of a detected radio zone and the coordinates of a preset radio base station. SOLUTION: A communicating part 31 receives data from a base station controller 20. A base station position information storing part 32 stores the geographical position information (e.g. the longitude and latitude information of a place where each radio station is installed) of each radio base station. A radio zone detecting part 33 calculates the size of an actual radio zone from received information (i.e. transmission power value data of a pilot channel in each radio base station) from the communicating means 31. Also, a display part 35 produces a diagram representing the radio zone based on the size of the radio zone calculated by a radio zone calculating part centering the position of a base station based on the information of the base station position information storing part and overlaps and shows the position of the base station and the radio zone.
