PURPOSE: An interior and exterior material is provided to manufacture the material of a building for the high efficiency of beautiful quality, light and heat insulation. CONSTITUTION: An interior and exterior comprises of: a heat insulating and filling material(12) like polystyrene foam, polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam or plywood for non-inflammable or easy distinguishing; a reinforcing mesh infiltrated or attached to the heat insulating filling material; and an outer shell molding the reinforcing material on the surface of the heat insulating and filling material included a natural stone powder of 40-60 wt.%, a waterproof material of 0.0025-0.25 wt.%, cement of the rest wt.% and some inorganic pigment.
