LOW INDUCTANCE TYPE VARISTOR, VARISTOR-CAPACITOR COUPLING CHIP AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A low inductance type varistor, a varistor-capacitor coupling chip and their manufacturing method are provided to manufacture a varistor element to offset inductance by crossing flows of two currents having different polarity with the adjustment of an internal electrode pattern in the inside of a varistor element. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor chip(43) is manufactured by the accumulation and plasticity of a capacitor molded sheet(41), manufactured by the doctor blade method, wherein an internal electrode(42) is printed with a specially designed pattern. A single coupling chip(46) is formed by thermal processing at more than 700°C and glass bonding, after a glass paste(45) is printed in a side of the capacitor chip(43) and a varistor chip is attached. The single coupling chip(46) forms a termination(47) to manufacture a varistor-capacitor coupling chip.
