PURPOSE: A device for alarming parking is provided to output an alarm sound and to display the distance between a vehicle and an object when the vehicle approaches to a regular distance by sensing a front and rear object. CONSTITUTION: When a driver turn on an operating switch(50), a control unit(60) decides if a vehicle speed is less than the set speed. If the speed is less than the set speed, the control unit decides if a moving distance signal is less than the set moving distance. When the vehicle speed and the moving distance are less than the set speed and the set moving distance, a parking alarm works and the control unit decides the present gear state. If the gear is a forward gear, the control unit outputs a driving control signal to a forward sensor and an adjacent object sensing signal by the sensor is input to a control unit. The control unit measures the distance between the vehicle and the adjacent object through the sensing signal from the sensor and the measured distance is indicated by a number and a letter through an indicating unit(80) and outputs an alarm sound through a speaker.
