PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD WITH RADIATOR METAL

摘要

PURPOSE: A printed circuit board with a radiator metal is provided to improve the density of components by including a radiator metal as a radiator and heat radiation efficiency by connecting the radiator metal to a chassis or connecting the radiator metal to a ground pattern of the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board includes a metal core(30) for emitting heat from components outward as a radiator metal. A radiator resin(20) is implemented between the radiator metal and circuit patterns(11,12). Some part of the metal core are exposed to emit heat.
