PURPOSE: A printing method for a prepaid highway card checking machine is provided to save money used in printing the prepaid highway card checking machine by boosting a voltage used an input voltage of a printer head. CONSTITUTION: In a printing method for a prepaid highway card checking machine, 12V voltage which has been used as an input voltage of a printer head is boosted to 24V to used as an input voltage of a 24V printer head(30a). Signals output from the checking machine(10) are transmitted to the 24V printer head(30a) through a connector(40). The connector(40) includes an input connector(40a) and an output connector(40b). The input connector(40a) is connected to the output connector(40b) through a DC/DC converter(50) which boosts DC 12V to DC 24V.
