PURPOSE: An antibiotic composition and film thereof are provided, which are hardened by ultra violet and have scratch-resistance, durability, attaching power to the film and heat-resistance. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 40-70 wt% of acrylate based oligomer hardened by ultra violet, photopolymerization initiator 0.1-10 wt%, reactive diluent 1-30 wt% and antibiotics 0.05-3 wt%. The coating layer(2) is formed on the film(1) by depositing and hardening antibiotic composition on one and/or both side of the film and appropriate thickness of the film is 1-10um. The oligomer is important element which presents the feature of the product and should be diluted while using it according to viscosity and physical property. A reactive diluent selected from one functional monomer, multifunctional monomer, and mixture thereof less than 500 molecular weight is used to adjust viscosity of the composition. |
