PURPOSE: A membrane method and an equipment of unit members for furniture are provided to produce construction materials for beautiful exterior of furniture. In the formation of unit members for furniture, these can work selectively by the needs from the coating method of a sheet or heat transfer method of heat transfer paper, when it coats for protecting the surroundings of that members, patterns or shapes processing on the surface, and the processed forms. CONSTITUTION: The membrane method and equipment of unit members for furniture comprise the follows: the coating step included a winding roller winded a sheet made of soft synthetic resins, an adhesive coated on the sheet following by the transferring a wound sheet on the winding roller, and a heater as a heating means for keeping the dryness of the adhesive coated sheet; the processing step for the patterns and shapes on the plane or surrounding side of unit members for furniture consisted orderly of lateral machining, lateral sanding, plane machining, plane sanding, brush cleaning and material preheating operations transferred by a transfer roller after inputting the timber from the gaze stage; and the sheet adhesive step proceeded orderly from heating, plane roller, primary round roller, heating and secondary round roller transferred by the transfer roller after that processed unit members from the above processing step are attached to the sheet transferred from the above coating step.
