<p>The invention relates to a rotary and reciprocating piston mechanism, comprising an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder which are coaxial and contact with each other, curved grooves defined on the contacting surface of the cylinders, and rollers rolling or sliding in and along the said grooves. The two cylinders are connected by the rollers in a way that they can slide with respect to each other, and one of them is fixedly or movably connected to the (main) spindle. The invention can be widely used as a cylinder, a piston or a linkage in motors, compressors and pump.</p> |
