PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary voltage output while data are changed without a bad effect such as the error of reference voltage itself by installing plural selection circuits executing a logic operation based on the value of a setting data register and outputting selection signals and plural switch elements executing switching in accordance with the selection signals. SOLUTION: A switch signal input terminal 6 to which a switch signal is inputted at the time of changing the value of a setting data register 1 is installed. When the switch signal is not inputted, respective logic operation circuits 21-25 execute logic operations that are different respectively based on the value of the setting data register 1 and output selection signals. Switch elements 51-55 are installed and reference voltage output while setting data of the setting data register 1 is changed is prevented. Since the output of the selection signals themselves of the logic operation circuits 21-25 are stopped based on the switch signal, an error does not occur in reference voltage itself.
