PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency circuit structure suited for forming a small-sized light-weight product wherein the mutual interference can be effectively reduced, without using a special material or a new component about a high frequency circuit structure having two or more closely disposed local oscillators or causing the mutual interference problem even if not closely disposed. SOLUTION: One of two local oscillators 12, 13 is disposed on the surface of a printed circuit board 11 and the other is disposed on the back side of this board 11, or a filter having a different pass band from the oscillation frequency band(s) of these local oscillators is disposed between the oscillators 12, 13, or in a diversity processing system, two receiver circuits for processing one of two receiver systems are disposed so as to sandwich the local oscillator of the one receiver system.
