<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve safe and secure control by suppressing the fluctuations in an excessive load torque, when shifting from a generation phase modification operation to a generation operation in a variable speed generation system. SOLUTION: When switching from the generation phase modification operation to the generation operation of a variable speed generation system, a parallel circuit breaker 4 is subjected to parallel-off, a frequency converter 9 is subjected to gate blocking and a voltage at the stator side of a double feed AC machine 3 is set to zero, an inlet valve and an exhaust valve are opened simultaneously, a guide vane 2 of a hydroturbine 1 is restarted when exhaustion is completed, the frequency converter 9 is subjected to gate blocking when parallel rotation speed is reached, and a voltage at the stator side of the double feed AC machine 3 is synchronized to a system power supply for arranging in a line before switching to a generation operation.</p> |
