PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time for the reproduction of an optical recording part which is necessary in order to read card information recorded in the specific track of the optical recording part by an optical head after a hybrid card is inserted. SOLUTION: In an information recording/reproducing device 1 which has an optical head 4 by which information is recorded/reproduced onto/from the optical recording part of a hybrid card C in a noncontact manner and an IC head 41 by which information is recorded/reproduced onto/from the IC recording part of the hybrid card C in a contact manner, a judging means which judges whether the posture of the hybrid card is normal or not is provided. Only when it is judged by the judging means that the posture of the hybrid card is normal, the IC head 41 is brought into contact with the IC recording part. |
