<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for individual and comfortably leading and guiding a worker and a visitor in the public institution of a hospital and a public office, and the event hall of an amusement ground and an exposition, to eliminate the need of a person in charge of guidance and to reduce the cost of facility management. SOLUTION: The Figure is exemplified of leading/guidance in a T-junction. When a patient 31 carrying an individual identification portable unit (not shown in the Figure) advances a hallway toward the T-junction and he reaches near an individual identification fixing unit 32, the patient is identified to be he himself. A control part obtains a leading direction from the next moving destination of the patient, which is recorded in a memory, and displays the course and the name of the patient to a leading display 33. Whether the patient is blind or not is previously obtained from an outer information network and is recorded in the memory, the name and the course of the patient are simultaneously outputted by voice from a speaker 34 when he is blind.</p> |
