PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow concrete to spread to every corner even in a place of complicate reinforcing face arrangement by installing a concrete placing device to a concrete placing hole formed at the side surface of a form constituting the frame of a building, and placing concrete from a connected placing hose. SOLUTION: A concrete placing hole 2 is made on a wall form for forming a side surface of a form 1, i.e., a wall surface, and a concrete placing device 3 is secured on the periphery thereof. The placing device 3 is such that a concrete placing pipe 6 is projected at a predetermined angle at the attachment plate 5 secured between two attachment plates 4, and it is then installed to the form 1 by form ties 7 by fitting the concrete placing pipe 6 and placing hole 2 to each other. At first, a lid body 9 of the placing device 3 is pulled out, and the placing hose is joined to the concrete placing pipe 6 by means of a clamp to place concrete. Since placement is carried out from the side surface of the form 1, concrete falls downward without separation to spread to every corner, so that honeycomb can be prevented from occurring.
