PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the temperatures of a toilet stool seat and a private part washing water and automatically stop the control of a load when breakage or short-circuit occurs in a temperature setting controller. SOLUTION: Temperatures measured by a thermistor 19 are displayed on digital display boards 16a, 16b or temperatures set by temperature setting controller 8, 12 are compared with actual temperatures measured by the thermistor 19 so that LEDs 17a, 17b are flickered when there is a big difference between both of them and the LEDs 17a, 17b are lit when the difference becomes smaller. The temperature setting controller 8, 12 transmit to a load control means 23 signals for stopping the control of a load 24 when breakage or short-circuit occurs in variable resistors constituting them. The malfunction of the load 24 is thus prevented and breakage or short-circuit trouble is displayed on the digital display boards 16a, 16b or the LEDs 17a, 17b.
