摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silky material for a new woven and knit fabric having a highly scroopy feeling equal to that of Antheraea pernyl. SOLUTION: In this polyester yarn having a flat section of a flatness ratio in a range of 2-8, the yarn surface in the major axis direction of the polyester yarn of the flat section comprises a zigzag projection group simultaneously satisfying expression I: 0.5μm<=W<=5μm, expression II: 0.2μm<=H<=5μm and expression III: 0.5<=H/W<=2.5 (W is the width of the projection and H is the height of the projection) and the projection group is made to exist continuously in the fiber axis direction.
