PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid-modified chlorinated polyolefin composition improving the storage stability of a chlorinated polyolefin, more improving solvent resistance and adhesion to polyolefins than those of conventional coatings or primers, and useful for coatings or primers. SOLUTION: This acid-modified chlorinated polyolefin composition good in solvent resistance comprises 100 pts.wt. of an acid-modified polyolefin having a chlorine content of 5-50 wt.% and a graftedα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride content of 1-10 wt.% and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a metal soap, inorganic salt, organic metal compound and hydrotalcite compound or their mixture. And the solidified product of the acid-modified chlorinated polyolefin composition.
