PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly get on or off a driver's seat and to expand the visual field under a floor board. SOLUTION: An alighting/boarding step 23 provided on the side face 2B of a front vehicle body is formed with a lower tread 24, an intermediate tread 25 and an upper tread 26 into a staircase shape so that the positions of rear end sections are drifted forward in sequence toward the upper side from the lower side. The treads 24, 25, 26 are provided with see-through openings 24C, 25C, 26C opened in the vertical direction respectively. When an operator gets on or off a driver's seat, he can reliably advance while invariably observing the treads 24, 25, 26 and can easily get on or off the driver's seat. When the operator looks down a road surface at the time of the pavement work of the road surface, he can see the road surface through the see-through openings 24C, 25C, 26C of the treads 24, 25, 26 and can invariably confirm the paved state of the road surface.
