摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently raise the temperature of air for combustion by equalizing the flow rates of exhaust gas passing through respective heat exchangers and to hold the pressure in a heating furnace constant by keeping the balance of the exhaust gas between a heat exchanger outlet side and the inside of the heating furnace. SOLUTION: When the heating furnace plant is started up and shut down, opening extent control of suction dumpers 5 and 6 is not performed by an in-furnace pressure control means. After the heating furnace plant enters its stationary operation state, an exhaust gas flow rate control means controls the flow rate of the exhaust gas through the suction dumpers 5 and 6 installed on the outlet sides of heat exchangers 3 and 4 according to whether the pressure in the heating furnace is high or low.
