PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device fitting/connecting device and a connecting terminal formed on a flexible substrate which does not necessitate a connector connected to it. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a liquid crystal display device 11, the flexible substrate 12 connected to the liquid crystal substrate 11, a hold member 10 holding the liquid crystal display device 11, a printed circuit board 20 fitted with the hold member 10 and a spring body 21 mounted on the printed circuit board 20 and molding plural conductive springs by resin. Then, the flexible substrate 12 is folded back on the outside of the hold member 10, and further energized by the spring body 21, and equipped with an electric connection means electrically connecting the printed circuit board 20 to the flexible substrate 12. The printed circuit board 20 is connected electrically to the flexible substrate 12 by the spring body 21.
