PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens device capable of easily and accurately adjusting the optical axis of a lens at assembling the product. SOLUTION: A movable master lens 28 is supported by a lens frame 30, and the lens frame 30 is rotatably supported by a movable frame 32. A cam pin 40 is attached to the movable frame 32, and the cam pin 40 is inserted into the guide groove 38 of a fixed barrel 36 so as to be engaged with the cam surface 42 of the lead cam of a macro operation part 20. Thus, the master lens 28 is moved in the optical axis direction in accordance with the rotation of the macro operation part 20. In the case of adjusting the optical axis position of the lens 28, by inserting a rotary jig which is engaged with the trailing end of the lens frame 30 from the trailing end of a lens barrel 10 and then rotating the rotary jig, the lens frame 30 is rotated, then, the rotational adjustment of the master lens 28 is accomplished.
