PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-boiler-two-water-channel hot water supply apparatus in which hot water supply capacity can be increased when only hot water supply is used. SOLUTION: This one-boiler-two-water-channel hot water supply apparatus has a first water channel 2 for extra firing of bath 1 and a second water channel 3 for hot water supply. First heat exchanging duct section 2a of the first water channel 2 is arranged in parallel with the second heat exchanging duct section 3a of the second water channel 3 such that the first and second heat exchanging duct section 2a, 3a can be heated with one heat source. A water channel switching means switches the water channels to pass water individually through the first and second heat exchanging duct section 2a, 3a without conducting them when hot water supply is used simultaneously with extra firing of bath, and switches the water channels to pass water through both first and second heat exchanging duct section 2a, 3a by conducting them when only hot water supply is used with increased capacity.
