PERMANENT MAGNET-FILLED MOTOR AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A permanent magnet-filled motor is provided to increase the productivity in a process of filling up a magnet as well as to shorten the molding time of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION: Plural slits(11) and magnetic paths(12) are installed in a convex shape toward the central axis of a rotor core. A bond magnet(2) is set in a metal mold adhering the rotor core to an injection molder and charged at a speed of 35cm¬3 per second at a pressure of 1000kg-f/cm¬2. A magnet is arranged in a metal mold to be magnetized as well as to mold the bond magnet.
