PURPOSE: An information storing device is provided to be applied to a tag for identifying a non-contacting-type tag used to a process of materials and a management of stocks. CONSTITUTION: An one face of a magnetic absorbing plate(21) formed by a material of high transmitting rate such as a sendust is stuck through a pressed sticking film(3AC) in the lower face of a reinforcing plate(3AB) in a memory-IC tag formed to be applied to a data reading/writing system and the other face of the magnetic absorbing plate(21) is stuck to remove an exfoliating paper(3AD) through a pressed sticking film(22) at the same time. Though a metal material is existed around the magnetic absorbing plate(21), the magnetic absorbing plate(21) formed by the material of high transmitting rate is able not to leak but to absorb a magnetic field because the magnetic absorbing plate(21) has a property magnetized strongly though a magnetic field given from the outside is weak. When the memory-IC tag is used, the memory-IC tag is stuck on the surface of a product by pressing with facing the compressed sticking film(22) on the surface of product in the state written a letter or a symbol about the product in the one side of a surface paper(3AF) of a tag board(20A) and exfoliated the exfoliating paper(3AD) from the other side of the tag board(20A).
