PURPOSE: A method for minimizing errors when automatically setting up present time on TV is provided to correct the present time by minimizing the errors, when automatically correcting the present time of a timer in a micom, in a television system which does not have a special decoder necessary for detecting broadcasting codes or tele texts, and to exactly perform a reservation function of TV without errors. CONSTITUTION: A method for minimizing errors when automatically setting up present time on TV comprises the steps of: setting up a specific time zone when news for informing reports is broadcasted(step1); searching a sound signal among news broadcasting received in the specific time zone through the specific channel(step2); deciding whether a reports warning sound of a specific pattern is generated in the sound signal(step3); correcting into a most exact time with present time of a timer, when the warning sound is generated(step4). The step 3 samples the sound signal, and decides a first sound, a second sound and a third sound which are consecutively existing, as reports sounds. The first sound has 1KHz frequency, and has first delay time of predetermined time after a signal which a change of current is 100. The second sound has 100Hz frequency, and a change of current is 70. The third sound has 100Hz frequency, and a change of current is 60. |
