PURPOSE: A method for controlling audio dubbing of CD-VCR complex system is provided so that audio dubbing operation cannot be made, in case that video signal on the video tape is not recorded, by detecting video synchronous signal. CONSTITUTION: In addition to the existing audio dubbing device of CD-VCR complex system that consists of a VCR part(200) comprising a CD part(100), a video recording part(31) and a video regeneration part(32), an interface part(300) controlling the signal interface of the CD part(100) and the VCR part(200), a key input part(400) for various key inputs, and a control part(500) proceeding the overall control of the system, an audio dubbing device of CD-VCR complex system comprises a synchronous detection part(600) connected to the video regeneration part(32) of the VCR part(200) and detecting the video synchronous signal from the output of the video regeneration part(32) and a function to control the audio dubbing operation according to the synchronous detection result of the synchronous detection part.
