<p>A beverage dispensing apparatus includes a modular dispensing tower (10) which may be positioned remote from the product (32) and cooling unit (30) or, alternatively, may be mounted onto the cooling unit housing (30) using quick disconnect valves. When positioned remote from the cooling unit (30), the modular dispensing tower (10) connects to the cooling unit (30) through an insulated trunk line (33) which allows positioning of the modular dispensing tower (10) up to twenty five feet away from the cooling tower (30). Additionally, the modular dispensing tower (10) comprises an insulated manifold (14) which operates to significantly decrease the temperature of the dispensed "casual" drink. The manifold (14) houses a plurality of product conduits (26A-26F) which are positioned against a carbonated water conduit (27) which works in a recirculation system to greatly reduce the temperature of the dispenses "casual" drink. <IMAGE></p> |
