PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a fear that an atmosphere-improving agent made of a plastic film is mixed in food by mistake and prevent deterioration of the quality of the powdery food and enable preservation for a long period by fixing the agent on the inside wall face of the bag. SOLUTION: An atmosphere-improving agent 2 is appropriately selected from a deoxidizer, a desiccant, etc., in accordance with the contents of powdery food. The shape of the atmosphere-improving agent 2 is generally a bag-shaped form in which granules or tablets are contained but it may be of a sheet-form and it is not restricted. These agents are fixed to the plastic film positioned on the inside wall face of a packaging bag 1 for powdery food. A heat welding means, an adhesion means using an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive, a means using a both-side adhesive tape, etc., are used for the fixing means. In this way, the atmosphere-improving agent 2 is fixed and contained inside the bag, in the packaging bag 1 for powdery food. When the bag body is used, the contents are filled and then the bag is sealed by heat-sealing or the like.
