<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-quality organic fertilizer of such high storability as to suppress its deterioration during storage from organic wastes adequately containing the main nutrients necessary for plant growth (esp. nitrogen source), and to obtain such an organic fertilizer by the method. SOLUTION: This method for producing an organic fertilizer essentially comprises the following two processes: in the 1st process, organic wastes are used as feedstock, they are agitated under replenishment of water so as to be 60+10 wt.% in the water content of the organic wastes followed by conducting a fermentation; and in the 2nd process, the fermented product afforded in the 1st process is forcedly dried so as to be <=30 wt.% in the water content thereof. The other objective organic fertilizer is obtained by the method described above, being >=3.5 wt.% in nitrogen content, or being >=3.5 wt.% in nitrogen content and >=1.0 wt.% in phosphate content.</p> |
