摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation in the thickness by constituting a blade of a first elastic member touching a basic material and at least one second elastic member superposed on the first elastic member on the opposite side of the basic material thereby reducing fluctuation in the forward end pressure of the blade even if flexure of the blade is varied. SOLUTION: A blade 10' is formed by laminating planar elastic members of identical shape while arranging the forward end side abutting against a roll 6 and the base end side being supported on a fixing member 8 and jointing them on the base end side by means off screws, or the like. It is then fixed to a fixing member 8 while projecting substantially in the tangential direction of the roll 6 toward the downstream side in the rotational direction of the roll 6 and ink is made uniform by the forward end part of the planar member 14 touching the roll 6. When such a laminated planar blade 10' is employed, flexure thereof and eccentricity of the roll 6 is about 0.05 mm and fluctuation in the forward end pressure of the blade is on the order of 13% and thereby fluctuation of film pressure can be suppressed to±2μm.
