PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a bone flap capable of fixing a removed bone flap to a skull more easily than in the case of suturing and more strongly than by a metal plate. SOLUTION: A holding fixing portion provided with a pair of holding and fixing plates 4a and 5a in left and right sides is integrally provided so as to hold and fix both surface and backside near the opposing joined surfaces of a skull Z and a bone flap K when the bone flap K is disposed in the trepanation part of the skull Z. Portions near the opposing joined surfaces of both are held and fixed between the pair of left and right holding and fixing plates 4a and 5a.
