PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a sheet capable of easily and rapidly performing the execution of a shielding sheet to a wall or floor surface, the covering/cut-off construction of a civil engineering construction site, the waterproof covering construction of a building site or the like within a short time in low cost by reduced labor. SOLUTION: A bag sheet 10 has a large number of long bag-like parts 11 arranged parallelly thereto so as to leave an interval and is contractible, holdable, expandable and stretchable in its longitudinal direction and made configurationally holdable along an arranging surface by injecting a fluid (air) into the bag-like parts 11 from one ends thereof. The bag-like parts 11 are long in the longitudinal direction thereof and the cross-sectional shape thereof at a time of the injection of a fluid is pref. circular, oval or flat. Further the bag sheet 10 comprises a cut-off member 13 and is especially pref. formed from polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene/vinyl acetate, polyvinyl acetate or an elastomer.
