PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a massage by generating great load vibration and transferring vibration directly to the aimed place by making use of even weight of an aerosol container itself. SOLUTION: A main body member 21 is fitted in the stem 2 of an aerosol container 1, a cylinder member 25 opened by its tip end is attached to the main body member 21, a compression piston member 27 provided with a spout 30 and compression massage part 28 is at its distal end is placed on the cylinder member 25 reciprocally, and a reciprocal mechanism including a check valve 24 and valve operation 27g is set thereto, thereby permitting the piston member 27 to reciprocate through the agency of pressure of the content discharged from the stem 2. By causing the massage part 28 to be compressed directly to the aimed place 12 in order to discharge the content within the aerosol container 1, so that a massage is obtained simultaneously with spout effectively by a relative movement of the aerosol vessel 1 accompanied by a reciprocation movement of the discharge pressure and compression piston member 27, and a massage effect is obtained through a vibration of heavy loads.
