PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner pad for shoes having an improved ventilation ability and the maximum therapeutic effect based on the therapy of effective points to apply moxa. SOLUTION: The inner pad for shoes has plural projections 2, and each projection 2 is respectively formed from silicon and has a ventilation hole formed through the center of the projection 2. The projection 2 is protruded from the inner pad 1 and connected with a thin oblique section 3 having the diameter enlarged downward, and the projection is formed integrally with the inner pad 1. A double coated tape and a pad 6 having plural projections 8 are provided so as not to easily deviate the inner pad 1 from a shoe.
