PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screwdriver tool capable of fastening or removing a screw member such as a bolt, a nut, etc., by all means without turning it together only by performing handle operation. SOLUTION: It is furnished with a frame 1 to pivotally support a socket shaft 3 free to rotate, a transmission shaft 10 and a handle shaft 12 pivotally supported free to rotate in an axial direction different from the socket shaft 3 on the frame 1, a rotation transmission mechanism 16 to connect the socket shaft 3 and the transmission shaft 10 to each other by converting the axial direction, a first reverse rotation preventive mechanism 20 provided on the frame 1 to limit the free rotational direction of the transmission shaft 10 only to one direction and a second reverse rotation preventive mechanism 30 to limit rotation transmitted to the transmission shaft 10 from the handle shaft 12 only to one direction.
