PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hindering sleeping by sound of opening/closing action by setting an opening/closing speed to be extremely slow, open or close of a desired one of a pair of a right and a left curtains by a single drive part, simplify constitution of a device to make such an action, and reduce cost. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a time limit setting means, an electric motor 2 to drive a curtain 1 in a closing or opening direction based on a control signal for driving generated at a set time, and stop driving based on a control signal for stopping generated after a set time, a runner 5 provided with a roller 4 placed on a curtain rail 3 to freely roll, a cord body 6 locked to the runner 5, a winding drum 7 to receive drive rotation force of the electric motor 2 to rotate to wind the cord body 6 in the closing or opening direction of the curtain 1, and a hook 19 to lock the cord body 6 to the runner 5. A closing or opening speed of the curtain 1 by the electric motor 2 is set to be about several cm/min.
