RUBBER SEAL MATERIAL FOR LASER PROCESSING AND ITS RUBBER PRINTING ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber seal material for laser processing capable of easily engraving a clear profile seal surface by eliminating faults such as stickiness or off-flavor caused by melting rubber at the time of or after laser processing and a rubber printing element obtained by engraving the seal material. SOLUTION: The rubber seal material for laser processing comprises a styrene-butadiene rubber containing 0.001 to 30% of bonding styrene amount as a main material and having a rubber hardness of 40 to 70 degrees (A-type hardness meter). The seal material may comprise a butadiene rubber as a main material having a rubber hardness of 40 to 70 degrees (A-type hardness meter). The rubber printing element is obtained by engraving the seal material for laser processing by a laser processing machine.
