PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode which fits tightly to the inner side of clothes, is flat and is free from a rugged feel without requiring labor for mounting. SOLUTION: This pulse health device is formed by sewing fiber material having high stretchability. Plane electrodes E1 to E4 are arranged in positions symmetrical with the center line on the inner side. These plane electrodes E1 to E4 are formed by gravure printing of carbon ink in multiple layers directly on the inner flanks of electrode tights 1. Plane conductors L1 to L4 are integrally formed by extending the one-side ends of the plane electrodes E1 to E4. The terminals of the plane electrodes E1 to E4 are converged to connectors disposed on the outer flanks of the electrode tights 1, are conducted to the outside of the electrode tights 1 and are connected to a pulse power source via the connectors.
