PUMP DISPENSER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main body and a housing unit which are molded in one piece for a pump dispenser. SOLUTION: A housing has paired side wall 14 and a top wall 18 which are positioned at a distance. Both of a vertical tubular support part 20 and a pump cylinder 21 are positioned with a distance maintained from the side wall 14 and come into contact with the top wall 18. A box-shaped channel 24 is formed at the side wall 14 and supports a trigger pin 30 so that a distance can be maintained from the side wall 14 for the trigger pin. A metal mold includes a blade penetrating through the top wall 18 and extending downward for forming the upper wall of a discharge tube 22 at the upper half part of the metal mold. An additional blade of the upper half part of the metal mold penetrates through the top wall 18 and extends downward and forms the channel 24 and the trigger support pin 30 in cooperation with the metal mold surface acting from the lower half part of the metal mold.
