PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storing medium processor which enables a player to buy a data storing medium exchangeable for a game medium for a bill and a coin without leaving a seat. SOLUTION: This processor comprises a bill inlet 15 and a coin inlet 14 respectively for receiving a bill and a coin exchangeable for PACHINKO balls and a data storing medium issuing means for issuing a card by counting and storing data of received amount of money, to issue a card by the data storing medium issuing means at the time point when the data of total amount of money casted reaches the amount for a card to be issued. The processor also comprises a data storing control means for storing the issued data inside as stored data, for supplying the stored data to a loaning controller to loan balls to a player within the scope of the data, and for storing by subtracting the data actually provided for loaning the balls, so as not to supply balls when the data stored in the data storing control means are not in a state to loan. |
