PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden box which can be completely assembled or disassembled and suitably used for transporting members and automobile parts in a long distance. SOLUTION: This box has a pallet-type bottom plate 10, side plates 20 and an upper cover 30. The side plates are connected together by a pair of hinges 24, 25 and connected to the bottom plate by a pair of corresponding lower component parts 12', 13' of the bottom plate cooperating with the pair of corresponding component parts 12', 13' of the bottom plate, and further connected to a cover by latches 29', 30'. All the hinges 24, 25, a pair of component parts 27, 28 of the side plate and a pair of component parts 12', 13' of the bottom plate 10 are oppositely faced to each other inside the box.
