SUBSTANCE: fast switch has first flip- flop controlling current limiting operations whose output is connected to inverting input of comparator controlling power supply connection to electric valve in response to feedback signal using high-power switching stage; it also has additional switching stage that handles reverse-spike limiting circuit. Switch is provided, in addition, with delay unit that has second flip-flop with integrating circuit whose input is connected to device input and output, to first flip-flop input.
