PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure and a wall assembling stud whereby an exterior wall surface that is smooth and finished well when seen from both sides of a movable wall structure is formed and construction work for the wall can be performed easily. SOLUTION: A stud 20 for installing interior wall materials 30, 30 and exterior wall materials 31, 31 has vertically extended side parts 21a, 21b and side flanges 23A, 23B provided thereon via webs 22a, 22b. The flanges consist of tapered faces 23b, 23b that broaden toward the openings of wall insertion grooves 25A, 25B.
