PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to photograph an object at a place which is remote from the photograph device. SOLUTION: In this photograph device, a remote controller is provided with a positional signal output means 110, that periodically or continuously outputs a signal indicating the position of the remote controller, a photographing signal generating means 120 that generates a signal through the operation of a photographer, a photographing signal output means 130 that outputs a signal from the photographing signal generating means 120 as a photographing signal, a video information input means 150 that receives information from a photographing means 400, and a video information display means 140 that displays information entered by the video input means 150. A drive means 300 is provided with a positional signal detection means 210, that detects a signal from the positional signal output means 110, an arithmetic means 21 that calculates the drive direction and drive distance of the drive means 300, on the basis of the signal detected by the positional signal detection means 210, and a drive signal output means 22 that outputs the direction and distance signal calculated by the arithmetic means 21 to the drive means 300.
